Ronald J. Conte
Owner
Ronald is a member of The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. He
graduated with a B.A. in History from Northwestern University, an M.A.
in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University and a J.D. from Georgia
State University in Atlanta. In addition to providing representation
across a broad spectrum of the law, Ron founded a medical/legal
consulting firm whose clients included insurance companies, law firms,
hospitals and other large businesses. Ron focuses his law practice on
real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters. Ron
serves on several nonprofit boards and committees in the Orlando area.
Sandy Davis
Manager
Sandy has more than 30 years of experience as a title processor,
senior closer, assistant closing manager and licensed title agent. She
works closely with our clients when preparing commitments, title
documents, Closing Disclosures and final policies. She also files the
yearly 1099 reports for her clients. Sandy will guide you through the
closing process to make sure your real estate transaction is a
successful one.
Susan Mason
Processor
Susan being with ACS since July 2020 and is a valuable member of
our team. She opens all of the new files and orders the necessary
searches, payoffs, estoppels and surveys. She is extremely organized
and stays on top of the items ordered and makes sure they are received
in a timely manner. She puts each customer at ease when she speaks
with them about their transaction.
