Ronald J. Conte
Owner
Ronald is a member of The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. He
graduated with a B.A. in History from Northwestern University, an M.A.
in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University and a J.D. from Georgia
State University in Atlanta. In addition to providing representation
across a broad spectrum of the law, Ron founded a medical/legal
consulting firm whose clients included insurance companies, law firms,
hospitals and other large businesses. Ron focuses his law practice on
real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters. Ron
serves on several nonprofit boards and committees in the Orlando area.
Sandy Davis
Manager
Sandy has more than 30 years of experience as a title processor,
senior closer, assistant closing manager and licensed title agent. She
works closely with our clients when preparing commitments, title
documents, Closing Disclosures and final policies. She also files the
yearly 1099 reports for her clients. Sandy will guide you through the
closing process to make sure your real estate transaction is a
successful one.
Audrey Hardy
Closer
Audrey has been with ACS since 2023 and is a valued member of our team.
As a closer, she works daily with our clients to assist them with all aspects
of the processing of their real estate transactions. She has several years
experience in the title industry and brings that experience to bear on behalf
of our clients. She prepares title commitments, all title documents, closing
disclosures, settlement statements and title insurance policies. Audrey is
truly dedicated to providing all of ACS’s clients with excellent customer
service from start to finish in every real estate transaction for all of her clients.
